HMO1 - A full refurbishment to turn a 1930's 3 bed semi-detached in to beautiful 5 bedroom HMO for students.

We are providing a quality accommodation rarely found in the area with only an 8 minute walk to the campus.

HMO2 - Another full refurbshment turn a 1930's 3 bed semi-detached house into a 6 bedroom HMO. 

We added 32m2 to the floor plan with a large loft extension.

HMO3 - The next HMO project has been secured and is about to commence refurbishment. 

This is a modern 3 bed semi-detached house which will be a luxuary 6 bedroom HMO. We are converting an integral garage and external room as part of this project.

HMO4 - We are looking for our next project.

With a background in construction and a practical approach - its natural to be drawn to refurbishment. 

We have experience in undertaking several refurbishments on our own residential properties ourselves - carrying out all works with the exception of plastering, electrics and gas.

We now employ build teams to carry out the refurbishment works, but the previous experience helps with forecasting costs and identifying any design requirements or constraints before they become an issue on site. 

On occasion you'll still find us reaching for the tools... 

We own and manage quality buy to let properties in the South West and Midlands.
